Boys' Programme
A structured, high-performance pathway for boys aged 14–20 with Jamaican heritage. From first touch to professional opportunity.
The Programme
The Boys' Pathway is built on one principle: developing players who are ready for the demands of elite rugby. Not players who look good in training. Players who perform when it matters.
Every session is periodised. Every drill has a purpose. Every player is tracked, developed, and given honest feedback on where they stand and what they need to do to progress.
We operate residential camps, regional training sessions, and competitive fixtures — all designed to accelerate development and create real pathways to professional and international rugby.

Get Involved
We are looking for players aged 14–20 with Jamaican heritage who have the talent, the attitude, and the ambition to compete at the highest level.
If that's you — or your son — get in touch. We'll have an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether the Pathway is the right fit.
